Primary Home Care
Med Cert Home Care, LLC offers Primary Home Care services. This is a non-technical, medically related personal care service that is prescribed by a physician to patients undergoing recovery. It can also be made part of a plan of care and are provided to patients who are eligible for Medicaid.
The program is ideal for patients who may be functionally compromised when it comes to performing daily living activities. To respond to such difficulties, a Personal Care Attendant will be assigned to support the client at home with tasks and duties such as:
- Assist with Self-Administered Medication
- Changing bed linens
- Dish Washing
- Dressing and Laundry
- Exercising
- Feeding
- Light Housecleaning
- Meal Preparation
- Routine Hair and Skin Care
- Shopping and Escort Assistance
- Toileting
- Transferring/Ambulation
